At Coffee Talks, we develop, introduce and distribute state-of-the-art small electrical appliances. Drawing on our in-depth knowledge of, and strong relationships within local distribution networks, we position each product in the channels where it can perform at its best.

We are based in the UK and were founded by Alp Somyurek, a Turkish-British entrepreneur.

Our approach is simple: every product is different, so we carefully match it with the most suitable route to market, ensuring it can realise its full potential.

We also have a genuine passion for coffee. Our aim is to help you enjoy an authentic Turkish coffee experience in the comfort of your own home.

The Okka coffee machine is the result of several years of development by a global team of engineers and designers. We selected it for its outstanding design, excellent value, and the consistently delicious coffee it produces.

Alp also shares a special connection with Okka. He led the project from its initial concept through to its successful launch across several countries in 2014, and continues to provide consultancy services in the development of Turkish coffee preparation technologies.
